Brandy Alexander Pie (5.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlVanilla fat-free ice cream - softened
2 tablespoons 30mlBrandy
1   Ready-made chocolate crumb crust
1 cup 237mlFrozen fat-free whipped topping - thawed
8 teaspoons 40mlCoarsely grated semisweet chocolate

Recipe Instructions

Combine ice cream and brandy; stir well. Spoon mixture into crust; cover.

Freeze at least 6 hours. Spread whipped topping evenly over filling.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate just before serving.
