4 | Split chicken breasts - skinless, boneless | |
14 oz | 397g | Red chile |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano - crushed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground oregano |
1. Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish.
2. In a bowl, combine Red Chile, garlic, salt and oregano.
3. Pour mixture over poultry.
4. Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
