Banana-Peach Smoothie (3 PTS)

16 oz 454gCanned sliced peaches in juice - undrained
1 oz 28gRipe banana (medium)
2/3 cup 157mlSoy milk
1/2 cup 118mlVanilla low-fat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlVanilla
2   Ice cubes

Recipe Instructions

1. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place peaches, reserved juice,

and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is

smooth.

Yield: 3 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).
