2 1/4 teaspoons | 11ml | Active dry yeast - (1 1/2 tsp) |
1 2/3 cups | 104g / 3.7oz | Bread flour - (1 C+ 2 T) |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Whole wheat flour - (1 C) |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Yellow cornmeal - (1/4 C) |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Molasses - unsulfured - (1/4 C) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt - (1 t) |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Water - (1C) |
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
