2 1/4 teaspoons 11mlActive dry yeast - (1 1/2 tsp)
1 2/3 cups 104g / 3.7ozBread flour - (1 C+ 2 T)
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozWhole wheat flour - (1 C)
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozYellow cornmeal - (1/4 C)
1/3 cup 78mlMolasses - unsulfured - (1/4 C)
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt - (1 t)
1 1/2 cups 355mlWater - (1C)

Recipe Instructions

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.  Let the loaf cool before slicing.
