2/3 cup | 157ml | Oleo - melted |
2 cups | 474ml | Chicken broth |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced onion |
1 | Cooked fryer--boned | |
1 | Cream mushroom soup | |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Flour |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Bell pepper - diced |
2 | Pimentos - diced | |
Fresh mushrooms - sliced |
Add flour to melted oleo and stir over low heat. Add broth and milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened. Add remaining ingredients, and heat. Serve on toast, rice or in patty shells.
