Tuna Pizza W/Dough

Recipe Ingredients

  Pizza Dough
3/4 cup 177mlWater
2 tablespoons 30mlWater
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlDried rosemary
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlSalt
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
2 1/2 cups 156g / 5.5ozFlour
2 teaspoons 10mlYeast
1/2 cup 118mlMushrooms - sliced (I use
  Canned but fresh is probably better)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion - finely chopped
1   Garlic - minced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1   Tomato soup - (10 oz)
1   Tuna in water - (7 oz)
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano
  Chili powder to taste

Recipe Instructions

Prepare the crust according to your machine's instructions for dough. When dough is finished, spread onto greased pizza pan. Add toppings. Bake at 425F for 15-17 min.

Topping: Heat olive oil in pan and saute onion, mushroom and garlic until tender, but not brown. Add tuna, tomato soup and seasonings. Let cool slightly before spreading onto pizza dough.

This tastes better, I find, topped with cheddar cheese rather than mozzarella.
