Stir-N-Roll Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | All-purpose flour 1/4 c salad oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder 2 T salad oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt pizza |

2/3 cup | 157ml | Milk |
Heat oven to 425F.
Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball.
Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth. Divide dough in half. On lightly floured cloth-covered board, roll each half into 13 inch circle. Place on pizza pan or baking sheet. Turn up edge 1/2 inch and pinch or pleat.
Brush circles with 2 tablespoons salad oil. Layer Pizza Toppings on circles in order listed. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
