Spa Pizzas Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced onions |
1 cup | 237ml | Tomato sauce |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Oregano |
1/4 tablespoon | 3.8ml | Italian seasoning |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Zucchini - thinly sliced (medium) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced red pepper |

Tortillas | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Black olives |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced green pepper |
Heat 2 t. Oil in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden, stirring occasionally, about 5 min. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, oregano and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened, about five minutes. Heat remaining 1 t. Oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about five min. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 4 min. Spread about 1/4 c. Sauce over each. Sprinkle each with 1/4 c. Cheese. Top pizzas with mushrooms, zucchini, peppers and olives. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 min. Serve.
