Sande's Jalapeno Pizza Crust Dough Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Active dry yeast |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped jalapenos with juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Lukewarm water - (1/3-2/3 c) |
Add ingredients in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.
Watch the dough and add more water until proper consistency. (Remember that the jalapenos are never a consistent juiciness!)
