Pizza With Mushrooms And Thyme Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 | Onion - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Portabello mushrooms - chopped |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
4 sections | Fresh thyme | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Boboli or your own precooked pizza crust |
Saute onions and portabello mushrooms with garlic and thyme leaves until softened.
Place topping on pizza crust. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
