3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pizza sauce |
1 | Onion - sliced | |
2 oz | 56g | Mushrooms - sliced |
3 | Red peppers | |
3 | Green peppers | |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mixed herbs |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
Salt and pepper - to taste |
Traditional pizza made special.
Spread pizza crust with pasta sauce, herbs and garlic mixture.
Grate paneer on top, cover with the onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mixed herbs, season and garnish with pepper rings and oregano.
Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
