1 | Vegetarian refried beans - Rosarita brand | |
1 | Pre-baked pizza/bread crust - 12-inch | |
1 cup | 237ml | Rosarita picante sauce, mild |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Monterey Jack cheese - shredded |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
1 | Sliced black olives - drained | |
1 | Nacho sliced jalapeno peppers - drained | |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sliced tomato |
Chopped cilantro |
Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at 450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings.
Additional toppings: sour cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.
