Pizza Mexicana

Recipe Ingredients

1   Vegetarian refried beans - Rosarita brand
1   Pre-baked pizza/bread crust - 12-inch
1 cup 237mlRosarita picante sauce, mild
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozMonterey Jack cheese - shredded
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCheddar cheese - shredded
1   Sliced black olives - drained
1   Nacho sliced jalapeno peppers - drained
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozSliced tomato
  Chopped cilantro

Recipe Instructions

Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at 450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings.

Additional toppings: sour cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.
