2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Broad noodles |
7 lbs | 3178g / 112oz | Ground beef |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fennel seed |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Pepper |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Allspice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Cheese - shredded |
1 | Spaghetti sauce |
Cook noodles, (not too soft). Braise meat adding all spices and salt.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese (leave cover off until about 10 minutes before its done).
Bake 1 hour at 350F
Makes 50 (1 cup) servings.
