1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Yeast |
7 oz | 198g | White flour - strong |
4 oz | 113g | Flour - strong brown |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered milk |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Sugar |
1/2 oz | 14g | Butter |
2 oz | 56g | Pepperoni slices - finely chopped |
2 oz | 56g | Olives - stuffed, finely chop |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried oregano |
210 | Water - abt 7 oz |
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order specified by manufacturer. Select the white bread cycle.
Makes a 1 lb loaf.
