Pizza Bread - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced onion - (or 1/2 c. Chopped onion) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Oregano - basil and thyme |
2 cups | 474ml | Mozzarella - grated |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Tomato sauce |
Cook meat, onions and garlic salt until browned. Add spices and tomato sauce. Toast bread. Spoon on meat mixture. Sprinkle on cheese.
Put in 400F oven until cheese melts. Add sliced ripe olives and mushrooms if desired.
