Recipe Ingredients

350   Self-raising flour
75   Margarine
1   Salt
100   Water
100   Milk
6   Tomatoes - (drained)
3 teaspoons 15mlTomato puree
175   Grated cheese
1   Onion - finely chopped (large)
  Mushrooms
  Salt and pepper
3 teaspoons 15mlMixed herbs

Recipe Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 220C .

2. Rub margarine into flour and add water and milk.

3. Roll out on a dusted sheet to 1/2 cm thick. Put on a well greased baking sheet and pat into place.

4. Mix together the tomatoes and the tomato puree, and spread over the base. Then add the onion and pat down. Then cover with cheese. Then add sliced mushrooms, seasoning and mixed herbs.

5. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
