2 cups | 474ml | Sliced mushrooms* (about 5 ounces) |
1 | Red onion - thinly sliced (small) | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green bell pepper |

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried basil leaves |
1 cup | 237ml | Finely shredded mozzarella |
Cheese - (4 ounces) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated parmesan |

And pieces - drained. |
Heat oven to 425F
Split each bread in half around edge with knife to make 4 rounds.
Place rounds, cut sides up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Place mushrooms on bread rounds.
Top with onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle with basil and cheeses.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut each round into 8 pieces.
