Mini Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Refrigerated biscuits | |
| 1 | Pepperoni slices - (3 1/2 oz.) | |
| 1 | Mozzarella cheese shredded - (4 oz.) | |
| Salad oil | ||
| Catsup and oregano or pizza sauce |
Flatten biscuits to 3 inch rounds and put on cookie sheet. Brush tops with 1-2 drops of salad oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon catsup and a few grains of oregano on each.
Top with 3 pieces of pepperoni and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes.
