Macaroni Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Elbow macaroni |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 | Diced rotel | |
1 | Spaghetti sauce | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Italian seasoning |
1 | Pepperoni | |
1 | Diced onion (small) | |
1 | Green pepper | |
1 | Diced black olives | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Grated mozzarella cheese |
Cook macaroni, drain. Beat egg with milk and mix with macaroni. Layer in greased 12x12 inch pan or bowl.
Mix Rotel, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and pour over macaroni.
Layer on pepperoni, onion, green pepper and olives. Top with cheese and bake at 350F for about 35 minutes.
