Fruit Pizza - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
Crust: | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Powdered sugar |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Soft margarine |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
Mix together, put in pan. Bake at 300F for 10-15 minutes, no longer. Cool.
FIRST LAYER: Arrange any amount of any combination of fruit on top of cream cheese.
SECOND LAYER: Arrange any amount of any combination of fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Use fruit like strawberries, kiwi, peaches, bananas, blueberries, pineapple, oranges.
GLAZE: 2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup fruit juice (pineapple is best) 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon juice
Heat to a boil, cook until slightly thickened. Cool and pour over pizza!
