1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Parmesan cheese |
4 cups | 250g / 8.8oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Green pepper - chopped (small) |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Mozzarella cheese - shredded |
Pizza dough | ||
2 2/3 tablespoons | 39ml | Active dry yeast |
1 | Warm water | |
1 1/3 tablespoons | 19ml | Sugar |
1 1/3 tablespoons | 19ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
2 1/2 | All-purpose flour |
Cook and stir hamburger until light brown; drain. Prepare Pizza Dough. Mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt, garlic, and pepper. Pat dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet with floured fingers.
Spread sauce over dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, hamburger, onion, green pepper and mozzarella cheese.
Cook in 425F oven until cheese is lightly brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Pizza Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes.
