| 3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine - low calorie |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Margarine - low calorie |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Egg substitute - or 2 eggs |
| 2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Cottage cheese - nonfat or low-fat |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato sauce |
| 4 oz | 113g | Mozzarella cheese - low-fat |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parmesan cheese - nonfat |
Mix flour, baking powder and margarine with a fork until it resembles crumbs. In a small bowl mix egg substitute and cottage cheese and then stir into previous mix.
Place this mix into a 10" pie plate that has been sprayed with low-fat spray. Mix together the tomato sauce, oregano, and the basil and then spread evenly over the mix in the pie pan leaving a 1/2" border around the edge.
Top with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cook for 20 minuets at 375F.
Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. I have added cooked chicken and some lightly steamed vegetables to the tomato sauce for variations.
