1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bulk pork sausage - browned |
1 | Refrigerated crescent rolls - (8) | |
1 cup | 237ml | Frozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes - t |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese - (4 oz.) |
5 | Eggs | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
Brown sausage and drain off fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust, seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
