Barbecued Chicken Pizza Recipe - Cooking Index

Chicken breast | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Barbecue sauce |
1 | Pre-baked - (10 ounces) | |
1 | Italian pizza shell - (12-inch) | |
3 | Italian plum tomatoes - sliced | |
4 oz | 113g | Shredded - (1 cup) |
Monterey Jack cheese |
Heat oven to 450F.
In small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce; mix well. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet; spread chicken mixture over shell.
Arrange tomatoes over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and shell is browned.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
