Apple Pizza

2 3/4 cups 171g / 6ozFlour
1 packet  Dry yeast
3 tablespoons 45mlSugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter
1   Egg
  Apple Topping
2 tablespoons 30mlButter
2 tablespoons 30mlCooking apples (large)
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
2 tablespoons 30mlFlour
1 teaspoon 5mlCinnamon
  Cheese Topping
4 oz 113gCream cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlNutmeg
  Streusel Topping
1/3 cup 20g / 0.7ozFlour
1/3 cup 65g / 2.3ozSugar
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSoft butter

Recipe Instructions

Blend 1 1/2 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Heat water, milk and butter until very warm; add to flour mixture and beat three minutes. By hand, stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.

Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Pat dough onto a large oiled pizza pan, forming a rim around the edge. Mix the cheese topping and spread it on, then apple topping over cheese(see directions below).

Mix the streusel topping and sprinkle it over the top. Cover and let rise for 15 min. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

APPLE TOPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Peel and slice apples. Melt butter in skillet, add apples, sugar and flour, and cinnamon. Simmer 15 minutes, then cool
