Rosemary Garlic Oil Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
3 | Garlic cloves - slivered | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh rosemary needles - (abt 2 sprigs) |
(or 1 tablespoon dried rosemary) | ||
2 | Salt, preferably coarse | |
Generous grind of coarse black pepper |
Combine all the ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes, preferably 1 hour. If not using within several hours, cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
