Tarragon Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 4 | Anchovy fillets | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Tarragon vinegar | 
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tarragon leaves | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Small gherkin pickles | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Capers | 
| 1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Fresh parsley leaves | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped chives | 
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | 
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
