4 tablespoons | 60ml | Tarragon leaves |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Small gherkin pickles |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Capers |
1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Fresh parsley leaves |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped chives |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
