Tarragon Tartar Sauce

1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
4   Anchovy fillets
1/4 cup 59mlTarragon vinegar
4 tablespoons 60mlTarragon leaves
2 tablespoons 30mlDijon mustard
3 tablespoons 45mlSmall gherkin pickles
2 tablespoons 30mlCapers
1/4 cup 10g / 0.4ozFresh parsley leaves
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped chives
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
