Pickled Lemons Tetuan (Morocco) Recipe - Cooking Index
8 | Lemons - washed and cut in 8 wedges | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Salad oil |
In a 1-quart jar, add the lemons.
Cover lemons with water and add other ingredients.
Cover jar and shake to mix ingredients.
Keep at room temperature for 1 week and then refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with meat and fish or poultry as a relish.
