Mast Va Khiar (Iranian Yogurt & Herbs)

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon 5mlCucumber - shredded (large)
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozMinced red bell pepper or fresh pimento
2   Green onions and tops - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced fresh dill
  Or
1 teaspoon 5mlDried dill
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon 5mlSugar
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lime juice
1 cup 237mlPlain yogurt - 8 ounces
  Dill or cilantro - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the ingredients except the garnish together exceedingly well and put into the freezer.

Stir every 10 minutes for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

You do not want it frozen solid, just so it is beginning to get crystals in it.
