1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Cornstarch |
1 | Large box strawberry gelatin | |
1 | Strawberries | |
1 | Baked pie shell | |
Whipped topping |
Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook until thick. Cool for 8 minutes. Add gelatin. Stir well. Pour over strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell, and place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with whipped topping.
