Planet Hollywood's Spinach Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups	355ml	Heavy cream
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Chopped yellow onions
1 1/4 cups	296ml	Sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter
2 tablespoons	30ml	All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Italian seasoning
1/2 cup	118ml	Sour cream
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Spinach
1/2 cup	118ml	Shredded mozzarella

Recipe Instructions

Cook onions and mushrooms in saucepan, and slowly add in remaining ingredients, adding the spinach last. Once all the ingredients are mixed in together, top with cheese. Serve with nacho chips. Can also serve with tomato relish.
