Panera / Saint Louis Bread Co's Cream Cheese Potato Soup

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 948mlChicken broth
4 cups 948mlShredded potatoes
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozMinced onion
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozShredded carrots
1   Bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSeasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground white pepper
1   Cream cheese - (8 oz) - cut into chunks

Recipe Instructions

Combine broth, potatoes, onion, carrots, bay leaf, seasoned salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove bay leaf. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cream cheese. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts.

This recipe yields about 8 (1-cup) servings.
