Hardee's Mushroom And Swiss Burger Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Campbells golden mushroom soup | |
1 | Green Giant sliced mushrooms | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worchestershire sauce |
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Hamburger pattie |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Accent meat tenderizer |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lawreys seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1 | Hamburger bun | |
1 | Swiss cheese | |
= (the processed kind no holes) |
Mix the first three ingredients together (do not dilute the soup) put on low heat and let simmer.
Mix the Accent, Lawreys and pepper together and put in a shaker. Season the pattie to taste with this and fry or grill until done.
Put onto bun and top with the Swiss cheese. Then put on the sauce and you're done.
This recipe yields 1 burger.
