2 cups 474mlCooked lentils
6 tablespoons 90mlBasic dressing - * see note
3   Anchovy fillets - cut in small pieces

Recipe Instructions

Drain cooked lentils. Keep lukewarm.

In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, lentils, and anchovies. Toss gently but thoroughly. Serve cold.
