Lentil Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Cooked lentils |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Basic dressing - * see note |
3 | Anchovy fillets - cut in small pieces |

Drain cooked lentils. Keep lukewarm.
In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, lentils, and anchovies. Toss gently but thoroughly. Serve cold.
