Beef Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 62g / 2.2ozLeftover beef - thinly sliced
6 cups 1422mlPotatoes - boiled and sliced (medium)
4   Tomatoes - peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
2 tablespoons 30mlWine vinegar
4 tablespoons 60mlVegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried tarragon leaves
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
2   Hard-boiled eggs - sliced

Recipe Instructions

In salad bowl, combine beef, potatoes, and tomatoes.

In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and tarragon. Mix well.

Pour over salad. Sprinkle with parsley. Decorate with egg slices.
