Beef Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Leftover beef - thinly sliced |
6 cups | 1422ml | Potatoes - boiled and sliced (medium) |
4 | Tomatoes - peeled and sliced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wine vinegar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried tarragon leaves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped parsley |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs - sliced |
In salad bowl, combine beef, potatoes, and tomatoes.
In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and tarragon. Mix well.
Pour over salad. Sprinkle with parsley. Decorate with egg slices.
