Tomatillo Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Garlic | |
1 | Shallot - medium, peeled | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cilantro - coarse chop |
2 | Tomatillos - cleaned, quartered | |
1 | Avocado - cleaned, pitted>>> | |
Diced - 1/2" cubes. | ||
1/2 | Lime - juice of | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Red pepper flakes |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Mince together garlic, shallot, cilantro and tomatillos in food processor or by hand.
Spoon into serving bowl.
Stir in avocado, lime juice, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside 5 minutes for flavors to blend.
