1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Velveeta - cubed |
8 oz | 227g | Salsa |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped cilantro |
Saute onions in margarine, reduce heat to low. Add remaining ingredients, stir unti process cheese spread is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers, if desired.
