Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 292g / 10ozSharp cheddar cheese
2 cups 474mlShredded swiss or white
  Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup 97g / 3.4ozChopped black olives
2/3 cup 97g / 3.4ozChopped pine nuts
2   Onions - chopped
80   Garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlDried oregano
2 teaspoons 10mlGround cumin
1   Whole kernel corn - drained
2   Green chiles - (4-oz each)
  Chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlOlive oil

Contributed to the echo by: Leti Labell Original recipe from "The Pink Adobe Cookbook", by Rosalea Murphy. Vegetarian Tamale Filling Use the food processor (if you can) to grate the cheese. Also, I chopped the onions and the garlic in the food processor.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
