Spicy Clam Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cream cheese |
3 oz | 85g | Clam juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Liquid hot pepper sauce |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Minced clams |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper |
Soften cream cheese in a food process or add clam juice and mustard process to mix well add Worcestershire, horseradish, onions, and pepper sauce.
Process to mix well fold in clams, by hand, just until mixed season with salt and white pepper cover and chill serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
