Spicy Bean Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1		Refried beans
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground cumin
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Onion salt
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Recipe Instructions

Place beans in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat thoroughly.

Add cumin, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt and Jalapeno peppers.

Mix well. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serve warm with taco chips.
