| 3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Cooked am kidney beans - - (1-1/2 cups dried) | 
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - or... | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | - creamy tofu | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mild picante sauce | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tamari sauce - (optional) | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Green enchilada sauce | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder | 
Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients.
Serve with fresh vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
