Shrimp Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 oz | 85g | Cream cheese - softened |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Shrimp pieces - drained | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dill weed |
| 1 section | Parsley - stem removed |
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Process until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate.
Serve on crackers or snack rye bread.
Yield: 3/4 Cup.
