Turkey Mole

Recipe Ingredients

1   Turkey half breast - (about 3 pounds)
3   Water
1   Whole tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounces)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/2 oz 14gUnsweetened chocolate - melted
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced green chilies
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozCornmeal
1 tablespoon 15mlPeanut butter
1 teaspoon 5mlChopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCrushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround cloves
1   Garlic
  Salt to taste
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins

Recipe Instructions

Poach turkey in water for 1 1/2 hours; drain and reserve 2 cups liquid. Blend remaining ingredients, except raisins, in blender for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over turkey; stir in raisins, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Serve with Mexican rice and refried beans.
