1 lb 454g / 16ozBarbecued breast of turkey
1 oz 28gTo 8 oz jar salsa
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozShredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup 59mlSliced ripe olives
1/2 cup 118mlSour cream

Recipe Instructions

fresh parsley Cut turkey into eight 3/4" slices. Place turkey in large skillet, overlapping slices. Add salsa. Bring to a boil, turn down heat. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Add cheese and olives. Cover. Heat one minute more until cheese melts. Place turkey on serving platter. Garnish with sour cream and parsley. Makes 4 servings.
