Turkey & Bean Tacos

Recipe Ingredients

10   Taco shells
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOlive oil
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozTurkey light meat - skinless, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnions - chopped
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozBell peppers - chopped
8 oz 227gFat-free refried beans
1/4 cup 59mlFat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon 5mlChile powder
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGarlic powder
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozFat-free cheddar cheese - shredded

Recipe Instructions

Warm taco shells according to package directions. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in refried beans, sour cream, chile powder, and garlic powder. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until heated through. Spoon mixture into warm shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
