6 | Serrano chiles - minced | |
1 | Juice of 2 limes | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - minced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Firm mango - diced |
OR 3 habaneros - minced | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Papaya - diced |
Combine the chiles, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic to make a marinade.
Toss the diced fruit in the mixture and allow to sit for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
