Tropical Fruit Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1   Ripe mango - peeled, pitted (medium)
  And cut into 1/4" cubes
1   Ripe papaya - peeled, seeded (medium)
  And cut into 1/4" cubes
1   Ripe avocado - peeled, pitted (medium)
  And cut into 1/4" cubes
3 tablespoons 45mlLime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh cilantro - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlJalapeno peppers - drained
1 teaspoon 5mlGinger - crushed

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
