1 | Ripe mango - peeled, pitted (medium) | |
And cut into 1/4" cubes | ||
1 | Ripe papaya - peeled, seeded (medium) | |
And cut into 1/4" cubes | ||
1 | Ripe avocado - peeled, pitted (medium) | |
And cut into 1/4" cubes | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Jalapeno peppers - drained |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ginger - crushed |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend. Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
