Nacho Cheese Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Provolone cheese, grated |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | American cheese, grated |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Heavy cream |
1 | Cream cheese | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Yellow food coloring |
Melt provolone in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Add American cheese and stir in cream. Add cream cheese and stir until all is melted.
Remove from heat; whip in seasonings and food coloring.
Serve warm with crackers, chips or vegetables.
