Cucumber Dill Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
2 | Cucumbers - seeded, chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sliced green onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Snipped fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
Cover; chill.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
