Cheesecake Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Cream cheese - , softened | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Cool whip, thawed |
Place all ingredients except Cool Whip in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh fruit, pound cake cubes, pretzels, etc. for dippers.
Wonderful with fresh strawberries.
